Due to minimum tariff requirement (U$ 200 per person per day) as stipulated by the government of Bhutan this accommodation is bookable only as part of tour program. This is applicable to all national except Indian Nationals who may contact us for rates in Indian Ruppes.
The hotel offers 30 rooms which are tastefully done with modern furniture and fixtures and most importantly well air-conditioned. The rooms are categorised into three different types; namely the Deluxe room, Executive room and Suites and indeed offers good choice to guest. The rooms are quite spacious with good sitting areas and are clean and comfortable fused with local bhutanese design in themes.
Please note due to logistic reason cancellation policies are stringent in Bhutan unlike other destination, as your tour, guide, transportation, accommodation and government tax may have been already pre-paid and pre-booked. Hopefully you may not need to cancel your Bhutan tour; however should you need to cancel a tour; a written cancellation is required prior to 45 day of arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation penalties will apply as follows.
• 45 day prior to arrival – No cancellation fee will apply. Post which 100 percent cancellation will apply.
• No show will entail 100% of the total tour cost
• Bookings during Paro Festival and Thimphu Festival are to be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
50% of the room charge is applicable for late checkout until 18.00 hrs.
Children are welcomed. No extra charge is applicable for children below 12 year of age sharing parent’s room. An extra bed can be arranged at additional cost and upon request. Additionally, please note very limited or no facilities are available for children.
