The rate is based on room only basis and does not include prevalent government taxes. The following itemized mandatory government taxes will be applied on top of the room rate upon booking this property.
Government royalty – US$ 65 per person per night
FIT Surcharge – US$ 40 for single person, US$ 30 each for two –three person and waived off after 4 person
Visa fee - US$ 20 per person
The property features 66 elegantly appointed rooms and offers a good selection as far as choices are concerned. The rooms are adorned with themes which are Bhutanese inspired are elegant, spacious and infused with top of the line amenities. The room offers breathtaking views of the mountains that rise above the Thimphu valley and connected to a huge bathroom. Furthermore the rooms are heated individually with electric floor heating and still has ample space for the sofa, desk and armchairs.Suites, on the other hand, feature distinctive canopy beds, walk-in closets and home theatre systems and standalone Christina bathtubs.
Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation is 1 night.
50% of the room charge is applicable for late checkout until 18.00 hours.
Children are welcomed. No extra charge is applicable for children below 12 year of age sharing parent’s room. An extra bed can be arranged at additional cost and upon request. Additionally please note very limited or no facilities are available for children.
Recreation options recommended in this page are not part of hotel activities. It is just a guideline to indicate possible activities whilst one is in that area. Fishing is prohibited and special permits are required for sports fishing. For adrenaline junkies, rafting in Punakha is highly recommended. While such activities may not be part of your tour program as indicated in your itinerary, this may be organized at an additional cost. Please contact us for your preferred activity choices.
