Booking notes
Payment in full (balance of 80%) is due 30 days prior to arrival date. In case full payment is not received 30 days before arrival, the booking will be considered as cancelled and the deposit is deemed non-refundable.
We follow a 30 day cancellation policy in Off Season and a 45 day cancellation policy in Peak Season.
Cancellations made in less than 30/45 days prior to arrival, will be subject to charges equal to100% of the booking payment.
No-Show policy:
A reservation is considered a ‘no-show’ if arrival does not occur on the date reserved, and the Resort is not notified of any emergency delays in writing. No shows will be subject to charges equal to 100% of the booking payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation penalties will apply as follows.
• 45 day prior to arrival – No cancellation fee will apply. Thereof 100% charges
• No show will entail 100% of the total tour cost

Check-in time: 14:00 hrs
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs (noon)
Early check-out: unused room nights are not refundable
Extensions of stay is subject to space and rate availability
Rates are based on double occupancy and subject 10% Bhutanese Sales Tax and 10% Service Charge
Occupancy: Maximum number of persons per room is three (3).
This arrangement can include three (3) adults; two (2) adults and one (1) child; or one (1) adult and two (2) children.
Any two (2) occupants in a room, regardless of age, will be charged the double rate.
For guests of 12 years and above, the extra bed surcharge is USD 150++
per person, per night, inclusive of breakfast.
For guests of 5 – 11 years of age, the extra bed surcharge is USD 120++
per person, per night, inclusive of breakfast.
Gangtey Goenpa Lodge adheres to a smoke-free environment. Not able to accommodate pets within the lodge compound.
